Cedella Marley has been cooking up some wonderfully spicy fries with the twist – Yucca fries! Serve with Smoky Coffee Chipotle Ketchup (see below).
- 3-4 Yucca (cassava) peeled and cut into spears
- Garlic seasoned salt
- Cayenne pepper
- Coco’Mon™ Original Coconut Oil – enough for frying
Smoky Chipotle Coffee Ketchup
- ½ strong brewed Marley Coffee, black
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce –minced
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
